Last week’s Wrap Up was all about self worth and loving yourself, and this week, everything seems to have shifted to be outward love, love and appreciation of all of the other incredible people out there. My twitter account has exploded with re-tweets, mentions, and favorites; one of my pins got a whopping six repins (for Floptimism, that’s big stuff!), and I feel so fully supported by you guys, it’s awesome. I have to say thank you, thank you, and in return, I’d like to wax poetic about all of the amazing ideas from other bloggers that I’m downright loving right now. It’s time to pay all of that love and support forward.

What I’ve Bookmarked This Week:

Bicoastal Cookies – A combo of LA’s Chocolate Apricot & NY’s Chocolate Chunk…sweet!
Cauliflower Tater Tots – I’m convinced that roasted cauliflower tastes like tater tots, so naturally, I think this recipe is fab.
Chocolate Fudge Cookies – Look at them! Look at those cookies!
Cinnamon-Sugar Donut Ice Cream – Ahhh is this for real??
Curried Cashew Pepper Patties
Peanut Butter Cups – A recipe that doesn’t call for coconut oil! I’m so in!
Miso Sweet Potato & Broccoli Bowl – Apparently Deb’s 4-year-old and I have the same taste in vegetables. Sweet potato + broccoli = awesome.
Peanut Butter Cup Frosting – HOLY FUDGE!
Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies – How is it that I’ve lived 24 years without anyone, until right now, suggesting to me that I put a heaping mound of homemade peanut butter fudge on top of a homemade brownie?
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies – Ok, seriously, I look at these cookies and all I can picture is me shoving about 10 of them in my face. At once. With a stupid grin on my face.
Pumpkin Spice Quinoa Muffins
Roasted Tofu & Kale Tacos
Salted Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Snickers Bars – These are…they’re just…I mean…oh my gosh!
Sweet Pepper-Masa Cake – as in dessert, made with a bell pepper. How could I not bookmark that?!
Tuxedo Layer Cake with Raspberry White Chocolate Buttercream – Is your jaw on the floor? My jaw is on the floor.
Whole Grain Cinnamon Rolls – as in, 100% whole grain. None of that, “I’m going to call this recipe whole grain and then only use ½ cup of whole wheat flour and the rest will be all purpose” nonsense. And they look just as fantastic as those poser pastries.

Blog Posts I’m Loving This Week:

57,500 Steps (Long Drive Journey) – I definitely get bogged down in silly goals and checkpoints – I have the habit of losing sight of the journey. If you’re the same way, this is an excellent blog post to read.
Sometimes you just need a little buttercream (Bake at 350) – This reminds me of my Pumpkin Decorated Sugar Cookies; seriously, buttercream on sugar cookies is like a dream come true.
