Well, it’s official. I’ve had my glass of the pumpkin Kool-Aid, and I’m rearin’ to go for the rest of the season. It takes me a little longer than most — I spend the better part of apple season lamenting the end of berry season, then I finally start embracing apples around the time most are going ga-ga for pumpkin…at least this year I managed to rekindle my pumpkin love before gingerbread season became imminent. There are a lot of fun ideas and recipes in this wrap-up, but as you’ll probably be able to tell, it was definitely pumpkin that caught my attention this week.
