It seemed like, this week, the internet exploded with messages of self-worth, self-respect, and, ultimately, self-love. I found so many articles discussing authenticity, nourishing every part of your being, all of this warm-and-fuzzy, yet still strong-and-empowering stuff. I’m definitely loving it! My favorite thing about this week’s wrap-up is the “Blog Posts I’m Loving” section, for that very reason, but as you can tell…I’ve once again managed to find, bookmark, and now share with you a ton of other links, too. I was going to edit them down for you, but I just couldn’t do it. There’s a reason I saved all of them in the first place, and they deserve a spot on this week’s Wrap-Up. Which one is your favorite?

Chocolate Covered Baklava Bites
Fluffernutter Blondies
Freekeh – No, I’m not pseudo-cursing; it’s this ancient, fiber-and-protein-rich whole grain that I’m now dying to try!
“Naanchos”
Pizza Pancakes!
Pull-Out Organizer for Pots & Pans!
Super easy pom-pom cookies – for all of the football parties I host, obvs. ahem. Moving on…

What I’ve Bookmarked This Week:

Autumn Harvest Breakfast Cookies – Like, actual breakfast cookies. As in, even sugar snob me is ok labeling them breakfast food. As in, why do I not have a plate of them in front o me right now??
Baked Apple Crisp “Fries” – I think I’d like this with a lightly sweetened yogurt dip instead of the cool whip but man, rock on!
Beet Salad (with Apples & Grapes & Walnuts…oh my!)
Baked Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Chocolate Frosted Brownies – I broke my “I won’t bookmark any more brownie recipes because I already have so many and found my go-to favorite” vow for these.
Cinnamon Babka – It’s like what would happen if Van Gogh’s Starry Night had a love-child with a loaf of bread. I can’t stop staring at it.
Dark Chocolate & Ricotta Pudding
Drunken Monkey Marshmallows – Just so we’re clear, this is a banana, covered in chocolate, dipped in a rum-caramel sauce, and enrobed in homemade toasted marshmallow. That is what this is.
Fig & Balsamic Ice Cream
Fruit & Nut Pancakes
Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste – My mom will be sorry I discovered this (she can’t stand garlic)!
Homemade (unsweetened!) Ketchup – As a child, I lived on ketchup. Now that I know this recipe exists, I may pick that habit back up again…
Honey Roasted Vegetable & Smoked Gouda Penne – Say what? There are so many flavors, my brain-palate doesn’t even know how to process them all.
How to Make Roasted Peppers…in a Slow Cooker
Lightened Up Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake
Pumpkin Porridge
Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cups – I’m on a major peanut butter cup kick right now. And by right now, I mean my life is basically one giant peanut butter cup kick. Not so much making them. Just eating them. But that may need to change.
Turtle Cheesecake
